The community gathers three times each week for group meditation. You may join via Zoom (email for the Zoom access information).

On Sunday morning at 9 a.m., we meditate for one 35-minute period. Please arrive a few minutes early. (You can join for the optional Morning Bell Chant at 8:40 a.m.) We also chant the Heart Sutra and the Great Dharani. After chanting, Zen Master Hye Mun, our guiding teacher, usually gives a short talk and leads a discussion. Sunday practice ends about 10:30 a.m.

On Tuesday morning, we sit in meditation for 35 minutes, beginning promptly at 7 a.m. You can join in-person or via Zoom. On Thursday evening, we come together on Zoom (only) at 7 p.m. for one 35-minute period of sitting meditation, followed by a brief check-in.

On Sunday and Tuesday, we meet at 250 Brewery Avenue in Old Bisbee, a short distance above Mimosa Market. Please arrive five minutes before the scheduled start times. We provide chairs, and mats and cushions and recommend comfortable, neutral clothing.

We never charge for meditation practice, but do welcome donations!
